![]() I am a very literal person.I pay you my money for a product and I expect to get 100% of the product in perfect working order, the flipside of that scenario would be that I paid for the product, and only 75% of my money went through the transaction and 25% is having issues in being received.įor now, as Carl has stated I will wait to see if it's their servers that are having issues.if so I have 28 days to use my $100 trial. It's kind of like a recall on an automobile that has a part malfunctioning on so many vehicles that they bring them all in for a repair.FIX IT ALREADY!!! But this is the first time I have encountered an issue like this and after seeing so many other people with the same issue it just seems ridiculous, and builds more frustration, that it hasn't been fixed by now. But I still thank you because everything is worth a try. Yours was one of the threads I originally read concerning this and I tried all the solutions you offered.none of which worked for me. I clicked the small PD Icon in the top left of the program for the "about" info and my version is. I have tried the compatibility attempt with no luck in every option (but there is no Windows 8.1 choice which i'm running. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling etc. I have attached the screen shot of the message, the DxDiag, and also the instructions from the Cyberlink Website that I did follow precisely, with of course the same outcome each time. I have recently purchased the PowerDirector upgrade to 13 ultimate from 11 ultimate, and the installation process went smooth with no hiccups, until I launched the program for the first time and I got the dreaded activation error that I have seen so many others as having. Hello everyone.I found a couple of other issues such as mine on the forum but the solutions for them did not work for me, so I figured I would reach out to all of you team of experts in the hope that someone can assist me.
